Velnoryx™(epinephrine) nasal sprayEpinephrine for a severe allergic reaction — no needle
Velnoryx, pronounced VEL nor iks
Velnoryx™ is a single-dose nasal spray that delivers epinephrine, the first-line treatment for anaphylaxis. It fits in a pocket. You spray it into one nostril, then call for emergency help.

Velnoryx™ nasal spray — single-dose, non-refillable. Device shown is not actual size.
Two sprays, always
Each device holds one dose. Reactions don't follow rules, so carry two of them wherever you go — school, work, the car, a trip.
Into the nose, not the leg
There's no needle to line up and no skin to press against. Point the tip into one nostril and press.
Small enough to actually carry
It's light and compact, so it can live in a bag or pocket instead of at home in a drawer.

Each device delivers one dose and stands about 3 inches (85 mm) tall — a little over half the length of a phone. Device shown is not actual size.
Small enough to actually carry
It's light and compact, so it can live in a bag, a pocket, a school locker, or a glovebox instead of at home in a drawer. Each device holds a single dose, so carry two wherever you go — a reaction doesn't wait for you to get home.
Use it early, then get help
At the first sign of a severe reaction, use Velnoryx™. If symptoms stay the same or get worse, give a second dose with a new spray in the same nostril, waiting at least 10 minutes between doses. Then get emergency medical care — every time, even if the person feels better.
What to expect after a dose
Epinephrine works fast, and you feel it working. Most of what people notice comes from the medicine doing its job, and it eases off. None of it is a reason to hold back on using Velnoryx™ during a severe reaction.
